Section 3. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by adding Section 10.53, Subd.9 to read <br /> as follows: <br /> "Subd. 9. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT NO. 2 - DUNBAR PUD: <br /> A. Legal Description. The PUD is legally described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, <br /> Orono Ambar, Hennepin County, Minnesota. <br /> B. Lot 1, Block 2, Orono Ambar when referenced individually shall be <br /> hereinafter referred to as PUD NO. 2A. Lot 2,Block 1, Orono Ambar when <br /> referenced individually shall be hereinafter referenced as PUD NO. 2B. <br /> C. Incorporated herein by reference are the DUNBAR PUD plans received by <br /> the City on , 2001, on file in the Office of the Zoning <br /> Administrator under File #2640/2641. <br /> D. Allowable Uses. The uses allowed in the PUD are as follows: <br /> 1) Uses allowed in PUD NO. 2A are any permitted or accessory uses <br /> allowed in the B-6 Highway Commercial District. <br /> 2) Uses allowed in PUD NO. 2B include the following: <br /> a) Senior independent living housing,limited to one(1) building, <br /> subject to the performance standards of the RPUD Zoning <br /> District and as further limited within City Council Resolution <br /> No. on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator <br /> under File#2640/2641. <br /> b) Any accessory use as regulated in the RPUD District, except <br /> as further limited within City Council Resolution No. <br /> on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under File <br /> #2640/2641. <br /> E. Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the <br /> approved PUD General Development Plan as documented within City Council <br /> Resolution No. on file in the Office of the Zoning Administrator under <br /> File#2640/2641." <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
