The newspaper has complied with all the <br /> "City"),relating to the adoption of a housing <br /> program (the "Program") under Minnesota requirements constituting qualifications as a <br /> Statutes, Chapter 462C and the issuance of qualified newspaper, as provided by Minnesota <br /> up to approximately$9,000,000 of multifamily <br /> housing revenue bonds thereunder to Statute 331 A.02, 331 A.07, and other applicable <br /> finance the acquisition, construction and <br /> improving by Wendum Foundation or Orono laws, as amended. <br /> Senior Housing,L.L.C.(the"Corporation"),of <br /> a 62-unit multifamily housing facility for <br /> seniors (the "Project") to be located at the B.) The printed Senior Housing & Bonds <br /> intersection of Brown Road and Wayzata <br /> Boulevard in the City. The Project will be <br /> owned and operated by the Corporation. The <br /> public hearing will be held at the Orono City <br /> Hall on Monday, May 14, 2001 at <br /> approximately 7:00 p.m. At said time and <br /> place the City Council of the City shall give all which is attached was cut from the columns of <br /> parties who appear an opportunity to express <br /> their view with respect to the Program and the said newspaper, and was printed and published <br /> proposed issuance of bonds. <br /> The bonds shall be limited obligations of once each week for 1 successive weeks. <br /> the City and the bonds and interest thereon <br /> shall be payable solely from the revenues <br /> pledged to the payment thereof,except that It was first published Saturday <br /> such bonds may be secured by a mortgage <br /> and other encumbrances on the Project.
