<br /> We have reviewed the revised site plans dated 11-30-01 for the proposed Orono Woods Apartments. The site
<br /> is located in the northwest quadrant of Wayzata Boulevard (T.H. 12) and North Brown Road. We have the
<br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters:
<br /> /) • The pavement detail on Sheet C9-1 incorrectly shows 6"of Class 5 aggregate base,the detail should
<br /> be revised to show a minimum of 8"of Class 5 aggregate base in accordance with City standards.
<br /> • We have not received any correspondence from MnDOT regarding the existing pond capacity.

<br /> Confirmation that the existing pond capacity is adequate should be submitted to the City prior to the
<br /> issuance of a building permit.
<br /> 4100 • The City should secure the financial guarantee for this site and Fox Ridge Road prior to any grading
<br /> activity.
