In the absence of a rezoning,the approved <br /> master development plan shall remain the legal control governing development of the property <br /> included within the RPUD. <br /> Subd. 8. Amendments. Major amendments to an approved master development plan may <br /> be approved by the city council after review by the planning commission. The notification and <br /> public hearing procedure for such amendment shall be the same as for approval of the original <br /> RPUD. <br /> Subd. 9. Exceptions. This section shall not apply to any residential PUD or PRD which has <br /> received preliminary or final approval by the city council prior to the effective date of this <br /> ordinance unless such is requested by the property owner and approved by the city council." <br /> A printed copy of Ordinance No. , Second Series in its entirety is available for <br /> inspection by any person at the office of the City Clerk during regular office hours.
