Subd. 2. Permitted Uses. Within the RPUD District, no land or structures shall be used <br /> except for one or more of the following uses: <br /> A. Any `Permitted Use' as regulated in the R-1A District. <br /> B. Multi-family attached dwellings only when consistent with the Comprehensive <br /> Plan, and only within the areas of the City designated as Urban Area in the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Subd. 3. Conditional Uses. Within the RPUD district,no land or structure shall be used for <br /> the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br /> A. Public Service Structures. <br /> Subd. 4. Accessory Uses. Within the RPUD District the following uses shall be a permitted <br /> accessory use: <br /> A. Any accessory use except for "Roadside Stands" as regulated in the R-1A <br /> District. <br /> B. Privately owned buildings to be used for recreation or social purposes, or for <br /> use as storage areas for maintenance equipment or rubbish. <br /> Subd. 5. Development Standards. Within the RPUD District all development shall be in <br /> compliance with the following standards which are detailed in the ordinance: <br /> A. Minimum Site Area; Shoreland District Limitations. <br /> B. Specified Uses Per Comprehensive Plan. <br /> C. Sewer Availability. <br /> D. Density. <br /> E. Incentives for Consistency with Comprehensive Plan. <br /> F. Site Coverage. <br /> G. Development Standards for Attached and Multi-Family Dwelling Structures. <br /> H. Development Standards for Single-Family Detached Dwellings in the RPUD <br /> District. <br /> I. More Than One Building Allowed. <br /> J. Single Housing Type Permitted. <br /> K. Private Recreational Area. <br /> L. Ownership. <br /> M. Signage. <br /> N. Landscaping, Screening and Buffering. <br /> O. Architectural Standards <br /> P. Flexibility <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
