November 14, 2000 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> Grading and Drainage <br /> The proposed grading plan shows the parking lot in the northwest corner of the site approximately 10 feet <br /> higher than the adjoining property to the south. We recommend this part of the site be lowered at least 4 <br /> feet. The retaining wall could then be eliminated and 4:1 slopes graded between the parking lot and the <br /> adjoining property.
