No HRA <br /> or City officer who is authorized to take part in any manner in making this Agreement in his <br /> or her official capacity shall voluntarily have a personal financial interest in this Agreement <br /> or benefit financially therefrom. No member, official, or employee of the HRA or the City <br /> shall be personally liable to the Developer, or any successor in interest, in the event of any <br /> default or breach by the HRA or the City or for any amount which may become due to the <br /> Developer or successor or on any obligations under the terms of this Agreement. <br /> Section 8.2 Notice of Status and Conformance. At such time as all of the provisions <br /> of this Agreement have been fully performed by the Developer, the HRA and the City upon <br /> not less than ten days prior written notice by the Developer agree to execute, acknowledge <br /> and deliver without charge to the Developer or to any person designated by the Developer a <br /> statement in writing in recordable form certifying the extent to which this Agreement has <br /> been fully performed and the obligations hereunder fully satisfied. <br /> Section 8.3 Notices and Demands.
