Section 9.04 Revocation by Bondholders. At any time prior to(but not after)the evidencing to the <br /> Trustee of the taking of any action by the Holders of the percentage in aggregate principal amount of the <br /> Bonds specified in this Indenture in connection with such action,any Holder of any such Bond may,by filing <br /> written notice with the Trustee at its principal office revoke any consent given by such Holder or the <br /> predecessor Holder of such Bond. Except as aforesaid,any such consent given by the Holder of any Bond <br /> shall be conclusive and binding upon such Holder and upon all future Holders of such Bond and of any Bond <br /> issued in exchange therefor or in lieu thereof, irrespective of whether or not any notation in regard thereto <br /> is made upon such Bond.
