ARTICLE IV <br /> Application of Bond Proceeds; Creation of Funds <br /> Section 4.01 Establishment of Funds. On or before the Date of Issuance for the Series 2001 Bonds, <br /> the Trustee shall establish the following separate trust funds to be held and maintained by the Trustee as <br /> herein provided,which funds shall not be subject to lien or attachment of any creditor of the City,the Trustee <br /> or the Borrower: <br /> (a) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Revenue Fund(the "Revenue <br /> Fund"); <br /> (b) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Bond Fund(the"Bond Fund"), <br /> and therein an account to be designated the "Senior Debt Service Account" and an account <br /> designated the "Subordinate Debt Service Account"; <br /> (c) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Optional Redemption Fund(the <br /> "Optional Redemption Fund"); <br /> (d) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Debt Service Reserve Fund(the <br /> "Debt Service Reserve Fund"); <br /> (e) a City of Orono (Orono Woods Apartment Project) Project Fund (the "Project <br /> Fund"),and therein an account to be designated the "Cost of Issuance Account" and an account to <br /> be designated the "Construction Account"; <br /> (0 a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Taxes and Insurance Fund(the <br /> "Taxes and Insurance Fund"); <br /> (g) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Repair and Replacement Fund <br /> (the "Repair and Replacement Fund"); <br /> (h) a City of Orono (Orono Woods Apartment Project) Surplus Fund (the "Surplus <br /> Fund"); <br /> (i) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project)Insurance and Award Fund(the <br /> "Insurance and Award Fund"); <br /> (j) a City of Orono (Orono Woods Apartment Project) Rebate Fund (the "Rebate <br /> Fund"); and <br /> (k) a City of Orono(Orono Woods Apartment Project) Operating Reserve Fund(the <br /> "Operating Reserve Fund"). <br /> - 36 - <br />
