7. Based on the foregoing, Petitioner seeks an Order directing the Court <br /> Administrator to disburse to Petitioner the amount of $5,000.00, together with any interest <br /> accrued thereon to which Petitioner is entitled. <br /> CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br /> 1. The Court has jurisdiction and authority to hear this matter pursuant to <br /> Minn. Stat., Ch. 117. <br /> 2. Based on the findings set forth herein, Petitioner is entitled to be paid the amount <br /> of$5,000.00, plus the interest accrued thereon from the date of the quick-take deposit through <br /> the date of disbursal to which Petitioner is entitled. <br /> ORDER <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, upon receipt of this Order, the Court Administrator <br /> for Hennepin County shall disburse to Northern States Power Company (d/b/a Xcel Energy), the <br /> amount of $5,000.00, plus the interest accrued thereon from the date of the quick-take deposit <br /> through the date of disbursal to which Petitioner is entitled.
