3. By Order dated February 1, 2013, the Honorable District Court Judge Tanya M. <br /> Bransford granted Petitioner's Petition. By the same Order, Judge Bransford granted Petitioner's <br /> motion for an order transferring title and possession of the easements sought in the Petition to <br /> Petitioner(the "quick-take motion"). <br /> 4.
