3. By Order dated February 1, 2013, the Honorable District Court Judge Tanya M. <br /> Bransford granted Petitioner's Petition. By the same Order, Judge Bransford granted Petitioner's <br /> motion for an order transferring title and possession of the easements sought in the Petition to <br /> Petitioner(the "quick-take motion"). <br /> 4. In accordance with Minn. Stat. § 117.042 (2013), Petitioner deposited with the <br /> Court Administrator for Hennepin County a check in the amount of$5,000.00 as the sum of its <br /> approved appraisals of value (the "quick-take deposit") for the takings affecting Parcel <br /> No. 30-118-23-44-0006. <br /> 5.
