Xcel
chose, however, not to make those modifications to its plans.
Xcel has proceeded to construct the aforesaid berm with the "dip" to accommodate what
GRE apparently seeks for line-to-ground clearance for its transmission line—Xcel has also
constructed its new steel tower (Structure 076-4) for its new 115 KV line (approximately 120
feet from the intended location) as stated in Mr. Rogers' May 7, 2013 letter to the Huntington
Farm Homeowners' Association Members. Attached is a photograph of what the Kallivayalils
presently see from their bedroom window, including the incorrectly located Structure 076-4 on
the left-hand side of the photograph.
7975 STONE CREEK DRIVE, SUITE 120 I CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA 55317 I PHONE 952.258.8444 I FAX 952.258.9988
