1 ROUTE PERMIT <br /> The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission(Commission)hereby issues this route permit to <br /> Great River Energy (Permittee)pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 216E.03 and Minn. R. Chapter 7850. <br /> This permit authorizes the Permittee to construct approximately 7.25 miles of new 115 kV <br /> transmission line and associated facilities in Hubbard County,Minnesota and as identified in the <br /> attached Route Permit Maps, hereby incorporated into this document. <br /> 2 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The Permittee is authorized to construct a project comprising a 7.25-mile transmission line and <br /> Potato Lake Substation as described in the Route Permit App ' ation and evaluated in the <br /> Environmental Assessment. The approved route is shown the Route Permit Maps attached to <br /> this permit and further designated as described. <br /> 2.1 115 kV High-Voltage Transmission Line <br /> The 115 kV transmission line route would • '`.1,1 te +s - east of the city of Park Rapids in <br /> Hubbard County, Minnesota.
