You are receiving this letter because your property may be <br /> affected by construction of this project. <br /> Grading for the substation began in September and is nearly completed. Substation construction <br /> will begin following final grading and is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2013. <br /> Transmission line construction is scheduled to begin mid to late January, 2013 and is expected to <br /> take 3-6 weeks.
