5.0 ENGINEERING DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />ACQUISITION <br />5.1 Structures, Right -of -Way, Construction and Maintenance <br />5.1.1 Transmission Structures <br />The 115 kV transmission line is proposed to be constructed partially as a single circuit line and <br />partially as a double -circuit line with both portions using single -pole, galvanized or weathering steel <br />poles placed on drilled pier foundations.
