For the good of the people,Xcel should do the right <br /> thing-not easiest or the cheapest. Excel could even sell or swap their current property and acquire a similar <br /> property in this large rural area to build the substation without losing money. Better yet,Xcel could make their <br /> current property into a small neighborhood park or leave it for the wild life and the wetland. <br /> Xcel's current planned course of action has serious impacts on people's lives. I am under constant intense stress <br /> because of this and I have seen several cardiologists for chest pains. My cardiologists told me that getting out <br /> of here for a while may be good. I am leaving for India this Monday,December 19th. I hope when I come <br /> back after a little over a month, I would not have to continue to deal with Xcel trying to build their'HUGE <br /> SUBSTATION' in my backyard. <br /> I hope and request for your understanding and support for our position.
