Collins, Denise (OAH)
From: Jason <monies@frontiernet.net>
Sent: Tuesday, December 06, 2011 12:28 AM
To: Lipman, Eric(OAH); christopher.c.rogers@xcelenergy..com;
Peter@SystemSupportSolutions.com
Cc: 'Michael Kuruvilla'; 'Anthony Waldera'; 'Dave and Sue Wilson'; 'Jason Admonius'; 'Kate
Persian'; 'Melissa R. I feel that I should clarify
a misrepresentation in the below attached email. I do not support the north side of US Highway
12 route alternative, of the listed alternatives it is the most desirable. However I do not
support it as a solution. I feel that this option will still have severe negative repercussions on
both the aesthetics of our neighborhood and the salability of our property, thus devaluating our
homes. I'm not sure how Mr. Schoon came to the conclusion that "All of us" support said route.
I was not a party to any discussions where the route was discussed and supported and can
further assure you that I do not support any of the listed route alternatives. I do not want to
presume to speak for the rest of the members of the association, but I can assure you that
being a member of the association and not a supporter of said route, "All of us" is a definite
misrepresentation of the association as a whole.
Sincerely,
Timothy Jason Admonius
Original Message
From: Peter Schoon Imailto:Peter@System5upport5olutions.coml
Sent: Monday, December 05, 2011 10:59 AM
To: eric.lipman@state.mn.us
Cc: christopher.c.rogers@xcelenergy.com
Subject: Orono 115 KV Transmission Line Hearing comments
Importance: High
Dear Honorable Judge Lipman,
In reviewing the attached Environmental Assessment, I have two statements:
1. All of us (ten families of the Huntington Farms Home Owners' Association) support the north
side of US Highway 12 route alternative. It complies more fully with your stated requirement to
select alternatives which inflict less impact on residents, flora, and fauna.
