ED SMITH : I mean , the substation is <br /> 10 designed to have two or potentially three <br /> 11 transformers here in the future to - - we ' re going to <br /> 12 be grading this , we ' re going to be grading it to its <br /> 13 ultimate size . We ' re going to be fencing it in to <br /> 14 its ultimate size , but as the need for electricity <br /> 15 grows in this area , in the future - - at some point <br /> 16 in the future we can put in these other transformers <br /> 17 to satisfy the customer needs . <br /> 18 MR . Within the box , within your red box , <br /> 22 what are those? <br /> 23 MR . ED SMITH : These are what we call <br /> 24 dead end structures . So basically you have the <br /> 25 transmission line going from - - they ' re stacked up <br />
