Those two feeders go underground <br /> 6 and then go up to distribution poles along Sixth <br /> 7 Avenue . <br /> 8 What we ' re going to be doing here is due <br /> 9 to studies that our transmission planning people <br /> 10 have done is we ' re increasing the whole reliability <br /> 11 by having a larger transmission line , a 115 kV <br /> 12 transmission line . It ' s basically going to be going <br /> 13 from here all the way to 494 , I -494 , in Plymouth . <br /> 14 And it ' s going to connect to the Gleason Lake <br /> 15 substation . It ' s going to connect to the Hollydale <br /> 16 substation that Xcel Energy has , it ' s by the water <br /> 17 tower at 101 and 55 . <br /> 18 MR .
