My wife <br />and I figured out that our 3 year-old must have turned on the garden hose a while back and the water ran and ran. We couldn't figure <br />out why our sump pump kept being activated, we thought it was just the rain. We have since addressed the issue but are wondering if <br />there is any relief you could grant us for the mistake which resulted in a super high water bill.
