None of the 15 archaeological sites are <br /> I listed on the National Register Considered Eligible Finding ("CEF"). Of the 19 architectural <br /> properties, none listed or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places ("NRHP") <br /> (see Section 6.4). The historic character of the architectural properties will not be affected by the <br /> I Proposed Route nor does the Proposed Route cross any of the 15 archaeological sites. The <br /> Proposed Route does cross any three Public Waters Inventory ("PWI") watercourses or <br /> waterbodies. Of the PWIs crossed, Painter Creek will be crossed by the Proposed Route just prior <br /> I to or after proposed the connection to Structure 077 depending on final placement of this Structure. <br /> The Proposed Route will also cross two PWI wetlands (Unnamed (27-917-W and 27-916-W). These <br /> two wetlands appear to have been connected prior to the development of the HFA properties. The <br /> IProposed Route will span approximately 2,135 feet of wetland (see Section 6.5.4). <br /> 4.2 Route Width and Alignment Selection Process <br /> I4.2.1 Route Width <br /> The PPSA, Minn. Chapter 216E, directs the Commission to locate transmission lines in a <br /> I manner that "minimize[s] adverse human and environmental impact while ensuring continuing <br /> electric power system reliability and integrity and ensuring their electric needs are met and fulfilled in <br /> I Orono Project June 7,2011 <br /> MPUC Docket No. E002/TL-11-223 13 <br />
