<br /> ' Carolyn Drude, Ehlers,reported on the sale of$4,460,000 general obligation street reconstruction,state-
<br /> aid,and capital improvement bonds. The high bid was 3.1698 percent and the low bid was submitted by
<br /> Morgan,Keegan&Company at 2.8571 percent. Drude stated overall the City received six bids, which
