REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF DECEMBER 6,2010 <br /> I <br /> Murphy moved,Franchot seconded,to approve the minutes of the Orono City Council meeting of <br /> December 6,2010,as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> ISALE OF BONDS <br /> 5. CONSIDER THE AWARD OF THE SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION STREET <br /> I <br /> RECONSTRCTION,STATE-AID AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS—RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 5997 <br /> ' Carolyn Drude, Ehlers,reported on the sale of$4,460,000 general obligation street reconstruction,state- <br /> aid,and capital improvement bonds. The high bid was 3.1698 percent and the low bid was submitted by <br /> Morgan,Keegan&Company at 2.8571 percent.
