I I 4.2.12 Notice of Permit I The Permittee shall inform all employees, contractors, and other persons involved in the transmission line construction of the terms and conditions of this permit. 1 4.3 Periodic Status Reports The Permittee shall report to the Commission on progress regarding finalization of the route, I design of structures, and construction of the transmission line. The Permittee need not report more frequently than weekly. I The Permittee shall work with landowners to locate the high-voltage transmission lines to minimize the loss of agricultural land, forest, and wetlands, and to avoid homes and farmsteads. 1 4.6 Completion of Construction 4.6.1 Notification to Commission 1 At least three days before the line is to be placed into service,the Permittee shall notify the Commission of the date on which the line will be placed into service and the date on Iwhich construction was complete. 4.6.2 As-Builts I Within 60 days after completion of construction,the Permittee shall submit copies of all the final as-built plans and specifications developed during the project.
