� o� <br /> 0 0 <br /> '�� , CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> � , :�;, . � <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �L�kESII04'�G NO. � �1 � � <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING A �'ARIANCE TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-30� <br /> FILE NO. 11-3�16 <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Snyder and Pamela Kroeger Snyder, a married couple <br /> (hereinafter "the Applicants") are the owners of the property located at 1�13 Bay Rid�e Road <br /> within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and le�ally described as follows: Tract H and <br /> Tract K, Registered Land Survey No. 19?, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the <br /> "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-30�(B) to allow construction of an <br /> addition to the existinj home resulting in an 8.4-foot setback on the south side of the home <br /> where 30-foo� side yard setbacks are noi-mally required and an 8.4-foot sethack currently exists; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Orono, Minnesota, City Code, the Orono Planning Commission held <br /> a public hearing on July 18, 2011 at which times all persons desiring to be heard concerning this <br /> application were Qiven the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOV1', THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application w�as reviewed as Zoning File 11-3�16. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-lA One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br /> Distnct which requires a minimum lot area of 2.0 acres and a minimum lot width <br /> of 200'. <br /> � PaQe 1 of 5 <br />
