The footprint of the buildings are consistent with the Master Plan. <br /> b. Placement of the buildings is conforming to City Code and the Master Plan. <br /> c. General height of buildings in proposed Master Plan is following to reflect the <br /> approved massing for the site. <br /> d. Architectural design of the buildings follow the Master Plan aesthetic <br /> 6. All exterior lighting shall be so directed so as not to cast glare toward or onto the public <br /> right-of-way or neighboring residential uses or districts. <br /> 7. Comments from City Engineer and Building Official must be met. <br /> 8. MCWD approval required for all proposed improvements. <br /> 9.
