I wrote you earlier last week <br /> asking for your support to implement Bob Erickson's plan.Since then it is my understanding that <br /> someone has proposed an additional public access easement to the lake.There is currently no need, <br /> or actual foreseen need,for such an access and likely never will be. Also,there is no way to know <br /> now what a request would entail years from now and what the input would be at that time. Should <br /> one develop years down the road, it could be addressed by all affected and a proper decision be <br /> made based on the facts at that time.To do so now,will only cause a negative effect on the value of <br /> the lots in and around the end of the West Lake Street and certainly with no way to know now what <br /> that request might be at the time. <br /> I am asking for your support in not including this new, unnecessary addition to the proposed cul de <br /> sac. Should one develop, it can be much better addressed once all the needs are presented and all <br /> the affected parties have presented their points on the change. <br /> Unfortunately, I am not able to attend Monday's meeting but would greatly appreciate you <br /> presenting my concerns (and hopefully supporting those concerns) and above request to any and all <br /> parties attending the meeting. <br /> Thank you for your interest,and hopefully support,on this cul de sac issue.
