We have met with Bob and Lisa Erickson <br /> and reviewed the details of completing the proposed cul de sac and support Mr. Erickson's <br /> proposal to apply for a vacation of the south 127 feet of Westlake Street and combining the <br /> parcel with 365 Westlake Street. <br /> While Westlake Street does not have a high volume of traffic, various delivery trucks and other <br /> large vehicles have increased in recent years. One of the reasons for our support is that many of <br /> these vehicles turn around at the end of our driveway and frequently cause damage to our <br /> sprinkler system, landscaping and outdoor lighting. Having a cul de sac at the end of the street <br /> would mitigate this issue and also increase the aesthetic appearance of the street. <br /> Thank you for your consideration of this proposal. <br /> Linda& Rick Thrasher 11111 <br /> 356 Westlake Street <br /> Orono, MN 55356 <br />
