However, those inquiries have indicated that you may <br /> be intending to sell Parcel B, with the existing house , <br /> separately and not in conjunction with vacant Parcel A. <br /> This letter is to advise you that separation of Tracts A and <br /> . B, each being approximately 1 acre in area, would be in violation <br />�: � of Section 10.03 , Subdivision 6 (C) of the Orono Zoning Code. A <br /> :, copy of that section is attached.
