/'�O <br /> � � <br /> O O � <br /> �b: � �'�� C ITY of ORONO <br /> ,� �,;! <br /> �'',� G'� � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> t9 4�'/ N O. � �' ��� <br /> �S� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING VARIANCES TO <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISIONS 1 AND 2; <br /> SECTION 10.55, SUBDIVISION 8; AND <br /> SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISIONS 16(� AND 16(L) AND <br /> GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT <br /> PER SECTION 10.03 SUBDIVISIONS 19-21 <br /> FILE #2559 <br /> WHEREAS, Gilbert Gehle (hereinafter "the applicant") is owner of the property <br /> located at 1392 Baldur Park Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lots 17 and 18, Block 1, Baldur Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Sections 10.22, Subdivisions 1 and 2; 10.�5, Subdivision 8; and 10.56, <br /> Subdivision 16(J) and 16(L) to permit the construction of a ne�v residence constituting <br /> hardcover in the 75-250' zone in excess of the 25% hardcover normally allowed in that zone, <br /> and to permit grading and land alterations within the 0-7�' lakeshore protected area where such <br /> work is normally prohibited. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2559. <br /> 2.
