Puzak <br /> c/o Landmark Management <br /> 4400 E West Arm Rd <br /> Spring Park, MN 55384 <br /> Re: City Code Violations at 1340 Baldur Park Rd <br /> Property Identification Numbers: OS-117-23-31-0006/07/08/09/10/11/12/13/14/15 <br /> On luly 2, 2012, violations of City Code Sections 58-1(a), 58-3, and 78-1577 were noted on your property at 1340 Baldur <br /> Park Road. Specifically, City Staff observed junk and debris and an expired vehicle. The 1998 Chevrolet displaying MN <br /> license plate PTE749 (expiration May of 2011) must be brought into compliance with current vehicle tabs or removed from <br /> the property or stored within an enclosed building. The inoperable boats and boat trailers, metal gates/fencing and stacks <br /> of dock sections must be brought into compliance or removed from the property or stored within an enclosed building as <br /> well. <br /> Additionally, to date there has been no resolution to the September 2011 violation regarding unpermitted illegal <br /> vegetation/tree removal and dumping of debris within the wetland. The above noted unpermitted activity is considered a <br /> violation of Orono's Shoreland and Wetlands Regulations, specifically sections 78-1247, 78-1285, 78-1286 and 78-1608. An <br /> approved restoration plan should include but is not limited to the following: an updated survey, meeting Orono's survey <br /> requirements (enclosed), a wetland delineation illustrating the edge of the "Preserve" wetland along the shoreline to be <br /> shown on the survey,a grading and planting plan in order to restore the land/wetland to the previous, undisturbed state. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property is in violation and must be brought into compliance by July 18, 2012. <br /> In order to bring your property into compliance the exterior storage of the above noted items must conform to City Code <br /> standards and a restoration plan must be submitted by the deadline date. Until such time when a restoration plan is <br /> received and the exterior storage violations resolved, the property will be considered in violation of the above. I have <br /> attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
