Fences are not permitted <br /> within the 0-75-foot setback from the lake and the accumutated and deposited boulders are not part of an <br /> approved permit or approved activity; both violations should be removed. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property is in violation and must be brought into compliance by <br /> September 24, 2012. In order to bring your property into compliance all of the boulders and the fence/gate <br /> must be removed by the deadline date. If it is your intent to apply for a permit or conditional use permit for <br /> deposition of the boulders please do so by the deadline date above. I have attached the pertinent City Codes for <br /> your reference.
