The initial fixture was exchanged for a different, more shielded fixture and repositioned away from the <br /> neighboring homes. <br /> We have received a complaint from a resident across the bay who expressed concern regarding the brightness of this <br /> light. I know we did not anticipate that the relocated fixture would impact any additional residences; however it appears <br /> now that it does. I hope we can, again, work with you to resolve this matter so that there are no further complaints. <br /> You may remember our Code that states: <br /> City Code Section 78-1573: <br /> "Any use requiring an operation producing an intense heat or light transmission shall be performed with the <br /> necessary shielding to prevent such heat or light from being detectable af the lot line of the site on which the <br /> use is located.
