Burn pile must be staked at burn site meeting the following: � <br /> A. Small Brush Disuosal Fires (>2 Acre Lot Size) C. Prairie Manasement Burns <br /> -Minimum 75' from Buildings - 90 Day Permit <br /> - Minimum 50' from Lot Lines -Approved Prairie Management Companies <br /> - 8'Maximum Diameter,4' Maximum Height -Minimum 50'from Buildings <br /> - 60 Day Permit -Winds must be under 10-15 mph <br /> -Inspection is required before permit issuance -Notify the Fire Department before each <br /> -Notify the Fire Department before each burn burn <br /> - Inspections are required before permit <br /> issuance <br /> B. LarSe Brush Disnosal Fires (>5 Acre Lot Size) Recreational Fires (All Lot 5izes) <br /> -Minimum 75'from Lot Lines Permits No Longer Required! <br /> - 15'Maximum Diameter, 6' Maximum Height Residents Must Follow Rules & Check <br /> - 60 Day Permit DNR Website Before Each Burn! <br /> - Inspection is required before permit issuance Burning is Permissible during Yearly <br /> -Notify the Fire Department before each burn DNR Burning Restrictions. <br /> No Eurning during DNR Burning Bans. <br /> - Minimum 50'from Buildings <br /> -Minimum 25' from Lot Lines <br /> - 3'Max. Diazneter, 3'Max. Height <br /> 3. Draw a map on the back side of application locating the burn pile on your property. <br /> 4. If these conditions are not met,the permit will be denied and you may not apply for another pennit for 30 <br /> days. <br /> 5. No pennit fee is required except for more than 3 permits for brush disposal fires per year. All organizations <br /> and individua.ls regazdless of tax status will be charged a$100.00 annual fee for more than 3 brush disposal <br /> fire permits per year. <br /> VIOLATIONS OF PERMIT CONDITIONS MAY SUBJECT PERMITTEE TO CRIMINAL AND/OR <br /> CIVII, ACTION.
