For that reason, the deadline for <br /> replacement of your septic system is hereby extended to December 31, 1997. It is the City's intent <br /> to pursue an easement over Lots 21-29 in ord'er that sewer can be brought to your property. <br /> We will keep in mind your proposal to help pay a portion of the cost to bring the sewer up to Lot 25, <br /> where both your property and Franklin's property could individually connect. This would then leave <br /> you with a 250'-300' connection. <br /> I will again attempt to get a response from Mr. Franklin, but if this isn't fruitful, I will bring the <br /> matter of easement condemnation to the City Council and City Attorney.
