The purpose of this action item is to gain approval for a resolution to designate polling <br />place locations for the 2021 Elections. <br /> <br />2. Background. Cities are required to designate polling places by December 31 of each year, even <br />if nothing has changed. Also, this is the case in spite of 204B.11, Subd. 3. Essentially, polling <br />place designations are effective until changed, but they also must be designated by December 31 <br />of every year. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
