It is not <br /> immediately clear that the five foot setback can be met for both driveways, however this can be <br /> clarified in future drawings.A portion of the driveway may impact the wetland buffer,Watershed <br /> district approval will be necessary. <br /> Access to Pence. Staff has requested evidence that supports Lot l's rights to access Pence Lane, <br /> • a private road.
