I have CCed the city on this email to let them know that it is still <br /> in the review process but that hopefully this email can suffice as documentation for City process <br /> deadline. <br /> Based on the additional information you submitted to the District,the project will require review <br /> under the District's Floodplain Alteration review. I understand that the purpose of the project is to <br /> remove the boathouse from the floodplain, which will ultimately be a net positive for the property. I <br /> do have some additional questions regarding the fill calculations, in order to meet District <br /> requirements. Based on the calculations listed on the application form, it appears as though more fill <br /> is being brought in than is being cut-the 211.5 CY difference will need to be taken out elsewhere in <br /> the floodplain in order to achieve a net fill of zero and no loss in floodplain storage. <br /> In addition,there are a few procedural requirements that go along with Floodplain Alteration, <br /> including engineering review and public notice,that I can follow up with in a separate email. <br /> • <br /> Melanie, please feel free to contact me with any additional questions regarding District review.Jeff, I <br /> will follow up in a separate email as well. <br /> Thanks, <br /> Grace <br /> • <br />
