As I stated <br /> previously, the space is needed to accommodate a reclining wheelchair for my mother. The <br /> survey shows a deck with steps that were not built. The site plan sent to you contains the <br /> correct measurements. My husband and I bought this home in 2010 as a foreclosure and have <br /> little information on the entire building process of this home.The photo that was sent of the <br /> deck post with cedar shakes will be changed to a stand-alone post. I am not asking for steps off <br /> the deck. My neighbors have been consulted with no objections.
