My mother is 81 years old and is planning to stay with me for an <br /> extended period of time. I need to accommodate a wheelchair (reclining for blood pressure concerns) and <br /> navigate a radius turn safely per ADA compliance. Along with added guests this requires additional space. <br /> The existing deck size doesn't allow for this to occur in a safe manner. The doorway opens at the narrowest <br /> section of the deck.
