The <br />heavier call volume begins at the 8 am hour and remains steady through the 8 pm hour. <br />The call volume is also heavier at the end of the normal work week and into the weekend <br />with Saturday being the busiest day of the week. The busiest time of the day is the 9 am <br />hour with the slowest hour being 3 am. <br />
