The <br />heavier call volume begins at the 8 am hour and continues through the 7 pm hour. The <br />call volume is also heavier in the beginning of the normal work week with Sunday and <br />Monday being the busiest days of the week. The busiest time of the day is the 10 am hour <br />with the slowest hour being 1 am. <br />
