The NAFRS shall be responsible for managing and overseeing <br />the construction of any new joint buildings. <br /> <br />d. Future Fire Facility. NAFRS shall make a recommendation to the <br />Parties on the location, cost, ownership, and financing of an upgraded <br />or new fire facility. <br /> <br />18. Allocation of Resources. <br /> <br />The Parties recognize that occasions will arise on which demand for <br />services outlined in this Agreement will exceed the resources available <br />for provision of such services. In such circumstances, NAFRS shall use <br />its best judgment to prioritize the delivery of services. The NAFRS shall <br />have complete discretion in prioritizing the delivery of services pursuant <br />to this Agreement. <br /> <br />19. Adoption of Uniform Fire Code. <br /> <br />Each Member agrees to take actions necessary to apply the current <br />Minnesota State Fire Code. <br /> <br />20. Effective Date. <br /> <br />The effective date (“Effective Date”) shall be July 1, 2014. The Effective <br />Date is the date that all provisions of this Agreement shall be <br />implemented in full transferring all fire service operations to NAFRS, <br />provided however, that all the Parties hereto have adopted a resolution <br />approving this Agreement and authorizing its execution, and the <br />Agreement has been executed by the authorized representatives of the <br />Parties. <br /> <br />21. Term. <br /> <br />This Agreement shall remain in effect until it is terminated in a manner <br />provided herein. <br /> <br />22. Termination. <br /> <br />This Agreement shall terminate and the Organization thereby dissolved
