IF Employee voluntarily resigns his position with Employer,Employee agrees to give thc: <br />Employer forty-five(45)days advance notice. If Employee voluntarily resigns his position with <br />L.iuployer, there shall be no termination pay due to Employee. <br />18. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
