member of such civic clubs or organizations as deemed appropriate by him and at Employer's <br />expense. <br />12. AUTOMOBILE. Employee shall be reimbursed for any and all mileage expenses <br />the same as other non-union employees. <br />13. MOVING AND RELOCATION ALLOWANCE. Employer shall reimburse <br />Employee an amount not to exceed$9,500.00 for moving his household goods. Payment shall be <br />made upon receipt by the Employer of documentation that the expenses have been incurred and <br />deemed reasonable. In the event the Employee voluntarily resigns his position with the Employer <br />before completing five(5)years of employment, Employee shall reimburse Employer for moving <br />expenses as follows: <br />i) August 28,2017-August 28, 2018= $9,500.00 <br />ii) August 29,2018 -August 28,2019= $7,500.00 <br />iii) August 29,2019 -August 28,2020= $5,500.00 <br />iv) August 29,2020-August 28,2021 = $3,500.00 <br />v) August 29,2021 -August 28, 2022 $2,000.00 <br />14. GENERAL EXPENSES. Employer shall reimburse Employee miscellaneous job <br />related expenses which it is anticipated Employee will incur from time to time when provided <br />appropriate documentation. <br />15. HOURS OF WORK. It is understood that the position of City Administrator <br />rcquires attendance at evening meetings and occasionally at weekend meetings. It is understood by <br />Employee that additional compensation and compensatory time shall not be allowed for such <br />additional expenditures of time. It is further understood that Employee may absent himself/herself <br />from the office to a reasonable extent in consideration of extraordinary time expenditures for <br />cvening and weekend meetings at other than normal working hours. <br />y ix 2 3
