Don’t do it. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Conklin thanked the Council, and stated she appreciates the Council letting her stand in for <br />Attorney Mattick tonight. She will follow up with him with regard to the feedback on the public nuisance <br />situation. The difficulty with the pandemic is that the court cases have become backlogged and it is very <br />difficult to try to push them forward, but they are still doing what they can to have them via Zoom if <br />possible, or in-person whenever that is necessary.
