Brian, the homeowner would like to have clear title of <br />the property with both sidelines extending to the water. In order to do this a part of <br />the alley would have to be vacated and a part of Lot 4, Forest Lake Addition to Saga Hill <br />would have to be transferred to Brian. I don’t know if you realized would need to take <br />place.
