The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to allow plumbing of a bath/shower in <br />an oversized accessory building. <br /> <br />2. Background. The applicant wishes to install full bathroom facilities in roughly a 1,500 square foot <br />accessory building with a garage on their property which includes a recreational space. A conditional use <br />permit is required due to the proposed shower. <br /> <br />3. 15.99 Deadline. The application was deemed complete 12/16/2020. Following the 60-day rule, this <br />application will expire February 15, 2021. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />January 19, 2021. The commissioners reviewed the application and unanimously voted to approve the <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment No public comments were received. The application submitted a letter of support <br />from the abutting neighbor. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
