Are any tree preservation practices proposed? <br /> <br />Other/ Miscellaneous <br />14. As part of the final plat, the following legal documents will be required: <br />a. Home Owners Association (HOA) documents to guarantee the maintenance of any community private <br />improvements and the private street; <br />b. Private Covenants to guide use and house design (if desired); <br />c. Drainage and flowage easements (over wetlands); <br />d. Conservation easements (over bluff areas, at minimum); <br />e. Buffer documents (as required by watershed district); <br />f. Drainage and Utility Easements as appropriate. <br /> <br />It is helpful to provide a point by point response when submitting new plans, to facilitate more efficient review by the <br />City. Further, we think it is advantageous to hold a new public hearing at the Planning Commission to ensure all <br />interested parties can comment on these revisions.
