To approve a new Collective Bargaining Unit with the International Operating Engineers <br />Union, Local 49, AFL-CIO representing the City’s Public Works employees. <br /> <br />2. Background. The City Attorney and Director of Public Works have negotiated a tentative agreement <br />with the Public Works Union for a two year period from 1/01/2021 to 12/31/2022. The details of the <br />agreement were discussed with the Council during a closed session on January 25th, 2021. The agreement <br />includes an addendum (Letter of Understanding) in regards to on-call pay and the potential of providing <br />contracted services to Spring Park. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation.
