This application is regarding a CUP to install a full bathroom in a proposed accessory <br />building. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on February 10th, and considered <br />to be complete on February 16th. Therefore the 60-Day review period expires on April 17, 2021. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. The applicant wishes to install full bathroom facilities in a proposed 2,240 <br />square foot detached garage with a gym. A conditional use permit is required due to the proposed shower. <br />As the building is considered oversized, additional covenants will be applied. <br /> <br />4. Planning Commission Vote and Comment. On March 15, 2021, the Planning Commission held a <br />public hearing. Following the public hearing the Planning Commission voted 7 to 0 on a motion to <br />approve the requested CUP subject to the standard plumbing in an accessory building and OAB <br />covenants. <br /> <br />5. Public Comment. No comments from the neighbors were received; and no one spoke at the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation.
